Booking Policies
Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, and Cash App payments.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the total service fee.
Appointments
Appointments are required for all services. Please arrive on time to avoid delays. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. Please notify me if you anticipate being late.
